HOTEL ON BEACH:
Baie des Anges. TEL (590) 27 63 61. Nine beachside bungalows, cosy and relaxing, all face the sea. (NB: if you wish, ask for a unit with full kitchen). All the bungalows are built on a diagonal so as to have a view of the famed emerald green water of Anse des Flamands.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS:
Hilltop Lookout. Start your climb where the footpath (well, okay, a donkey trail...) will lead to the top of Colombier Hill. A healthy climb though well worth it for the spectacular view; a sight aided by a 3-Dimensional map with arrows pointing out the location of the nearby islands.

ACCESS TO BEACH:
Easy access by car.

QUALITY OF BEACH:
One of the prettiest white sand beaches in St. Barts.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
There are a few hotels and restaurants directly on this beach so you need not bother with the picnic basket at this one.
